Promotional Material Requirements

Please adhere to the following schedule for providing Promotional Material and Information.
- Submission Deadline: Promotional information/materials must be provided to us at least two weeks (three weeks is preferred) before the intended publication date for the website, bulletin, and Constant Contact.
- Website Promotion: We will post the promotion on the website for up to three weeks prior to the event.
- Bulletin and Constant Contact: We will post the promotion in the bulletin and Constant Contact for two weeks prior to the event.
- Mass Announcements: We will make announcements at Mass for groups. Announcement requests should be submitted no later than two weeks before.
By following these requirements, we can make sure your promotion for your event will be published in a timely matter.
*We reserve the right to make any alterations to the promotional material so that it is appropriate to be published.
