Children's Faith Formation & Sacrament Preparation Registration

Registration is now open for the 2025-2026 Children's Faith Formation & Sacrament Preparation programs.
Families can register their children for both Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation with this online form! A $75 registration fee per child is payable the first day of class. Classes will start on Sunday, September 21, 2025 between the 8:30 and 10:30 Masses.
Sacrament Preparation will be during the regular Faith Formation Program. A $50 registration fee per child is payable the first day of class.
Scholarships are available to help off set the cost of the Faith Formation and Sacrament Fees.
