Children's Faith Formation & Sacrament Registration

Registration is now open for the 2023-2024 Children's Faith Formation programs.

Families can register their children for both Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation with this online form! A $50 registration fee per child is payable the first day of class and scholarships are available. Classes will start on October 8, 2023. Sacrament Preparation and dates will be determined at a future date, but please sign up now.
